Delivery and Ordering Information
We have tried to photograph each piece of jewellery to show its detail as accurately as possible, however we can not guarantee that all screen resolutions will be true to the photos taken by us. The items in the images are also not to scale, so please check the descriptions of each item for it's dimensions.
Whilst we maintain a small stock of the most popular jewellery pieces, typically each piece of handmade jewellery is made-to-order and will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days. However, all pieces will be dispatched as soon as possible and should there be a delay for any reason, we would contact you.
You will be able to keep up-to-date on the progress of your order using the link included with your order confirmation. You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched.
However, should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please email us at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to get the item to you by the required date.
Your order will be sent by either;
Royal Mail Second Class signed for £2.50
Royal Mail First Class signed for £3.50
Special Next Day Delivery £6.50
NOTE: some items have free delivery, these items will be clearly marked and will be sent Royal Mail Second Class signed for. You are able to up-grade to First Class for a small additional fee on these items.
We currently do not dispatch items outside of the UK, but please sign up to our mailing list as we are looking to change this at some point in the near future.
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature boxes. If the item is hallmarked then you will receive an additional card telling you all about the hallmark and it's history.
For a number of my collections; Oak and Acorn, Olive Leaf and Gingko, I have 'meaning' cards which are included.
For orders over £50, a free jewellery care cloth will be included with your item to help keep your jewellery sparkling.
Each item of jewellery comes with detailed care instructions.
Your parcel will be posted in a white padded envelope to protect the item during delivery. If this is damaged in any way upon receipt then please take a photo before you open it. Once you have opened it, please check the contents and let us know immediately if there is any damage to the product itself.
